Loretta began her career as a property Interior Designer for a private property owner in Lubbock, Texas. Two years later she received an offer to manage his A+ high-rise residential and commercial community. Ms. Chavez has over 30 years of experience in multifamily and is very diversified in all aspects of multifamily property management. Her background includes experience with Conventional, Tax Credit, and Student Housing assets, and she specializes in asset stabilization. She has been involved with acquisition analysis, due diligence, renovation, new construction, and lease-up of various assets in Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Colorado. Ms. Chavez enjoys the different challenges that come her way and likes to mentor people that are interested in growing in the multifamily industry. She currently oversees the East Dallas portfolio. Ms. Chavez graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Home Economics Family Management, Housing and Consumer Science.
