We took over Landing at Love, a previously distressed property known as Bachman Oaks. Through a targeted 12-month repositioning strategy, we invested $1.25 million in renovations, including exterior upgrades, common area amenities, and minor interior improvements. Additionally, we implemented a strong in-house management team. This comprehensive approach transformed the property and allowed us to achieve our 5-year exit plan in just one year.
